The real estate service provider Savills Vietnam has launched a trading floor in the capital city of Hanoi after getting a license late last month, becoming the first foreign-owned firm in Vietnam to receive a nationwide trading floor license.
Brett Ashton, managing director of Savills Vietnam, said the real estate trading floor, which is located at the Pacific Place building on Ly Thuong Kiet Street in Hoan Kiem District, would facilitate the company’s business including broker and valuation services nationwide.
“This trading floor will provide our clients with a platform to legally market their projects in a professional manner to achieve the best possible sales results,” Ashton said.
Ashton said Savills had been active in the property market for the past 14 years, and that the trading floor was a further demonstration of its long-term commitment and understanding of the real estate market here in Vietnam.
