Nhon Trach Investment Joint Stock Co, the member company of Tin Nghia Corp will officially kick off the construction work for Eastern Saigon new urban area project, located in communes of Phu Thanh and Long Tan, Nhon Trach dist, Dong Nai province on August 16.
The investment capital of the first phase of the project is recorded at 1 trillion dong or $56 million among the total of $6 billion dong. This project is one part of general project of Nhon Trach new urban area on a site of 759 hectares.
The investor has compensated for ground clearance work of 568.3 hectares of land.
