Nguyen Ngoc Phi, chair of Vinh Phuc province's People Committee chaired the meeting to approve the detailed construction plan of golf course, cultural and sport complex and resort to be located in Ngoc Thanh Commune, Phuc Yen Town, Vinh Phuc province.
Under the report submitted by Australia's GHD Co, the consulting agent, the project will come up in an area of 298 hectares, including a 36-hole golf course, villas, semi-detached houses for sales and leasing purposes, theme park.
The local authorities required the main investor of Dai Lai Vietnam Co Ltd and other consulting agents to make construction plan for the complex, especially the golf course under modern standards, ensuring the benefits from both the investor and local people. The investor and consulting agents should finish all the proposals to be submitted for approval from the provincial people's committee.
