Morning 16/01/2010 - the ground breaking ceremony of the Royak City - Complex of hotel, offices, commercial center, education and apartment took place at 74 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. This is a multi-functional complex locating right at a gate to Hanoi. Total investment for this project is VND9,999 billion.
The land plot is 120,945m2 in size, bordering Nguyen Trai Street to the South East, looking to the To Lich River to the North East, bordering the residential areas of Thuong Dinh wards to the North West and South West. The pre-existing facility on the land plot is Hanoi Mechanic Factory, a subsidiary of the Sole Member State Liability Limited Mechanic Company of Hanoi. A new factory is being built and the old one is being moved part by part to the new one at Thuan Thanh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh province under the Capital’s policy of moving polluted factories or those that are no longer suitable out of the internal city.
