The road is built on high standard highway, located in the median strip between the ring road III phase 1, 28m wide, of which, on the high street's width is 24m. Average distance from the high street down the road on phase I is 8m.

As expected, this work will be completed within 30 months of construction.

Ring road III project includes three packages, of which, third package, built the first 3.3 km long from Thanh Xuan node to the Dai Tu bridge by the Thang Long General Construction Company, Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.4 and Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.8 undertaken.

The two remaining packages are first package starting at Mai Dich intersections to intersections Trung Hoa , the construction is expected to last year 2011, and the second package from Trung Hoa node to Thanh Xuan node.
