By design, this will be a highway with 98km length, size 6 lanes, design speed of 100 km/h. The route will pass through areas in 13 districts of Hanoi and two neighboring provinces are Hung Yen and Bac Ninh. Ministry of Transport, said the planned construction ring road IV will be implemented in 2011, and officially completed in 2015.The total area required clearance, land acquisition for construction of this road is 1.230ha, including 740ha of Hanoi, 230ha of Hung Yen and 260ha of Bac Ninh.
