VNRE - The Malaysia-based Gamuda Land Group and Sacomreal officially introduced to public the Celadon City project, a complex of trading, sport centres, office buildings and residential quarter in Tan Phu Dist, HCM City yesterday October 25, 2010.
With total investment capital of $215 million, the project is situated in an area of 82 hectares with expectation of providing 7,000 high-class apartments, trade centre and offices for lease, of which the construction area counted for only 20 percent of the total, the rest for green parks and other facilities for community services.
It was expected that the first five apartment buildings in the complex would be completed in late 2012, providing the market with 1,448 apartments.
