VNRE - Built on an area of 500 ha at an investment capital of US$ 8.2 billion in the northern key economic zone, Ecopark - the largest ecological urban township in northern Vietnam, has caught the special attention of the society not only for its convenient traffic links but also many different criteria created by the investor. A leader of Ecopark underlined that the objective of this urban commercial and tourism zone is to become a future satellite city of Hanoi - the capital of Vietnam.
Green urban zone
According to Viet Hung Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (Vihajico) - the investor, the distinctive highlight of Ecopark is a 110 ha space for green areas, lakes and other sceneries. This will be the natural lung for residents in this urban township. The project will be built in nine stages.
Currently, Vihajico is carrying out the first stage with a 54 ha space on the north of the Bac Hung Hai River, opposite to the well-known Bat Trang pottery village and adjacent to Gia Lam district. This phase will include semi-detached villas, duplexes, detached houses, mid-rise and high-rise apartments, commercial centres in association with modern and diverse utilities like schools, hospitals, amusement parks and green parks.
Specially, with the purpose of completing within four years (from 2009 to 2012), Ecopark will create a strong impetus for the south-eastern region of the capital city.
According to the master plan, the next phases will build a series of attractive items like canal-side villas, island villas, amusement villas, mansions, townhouses, detached houses, commercial centres, international schools, international hospitals and others.
Ecopark promises to create not only a residence but also an ideal working environment.
Rung Co (Palm Forest) - unique design
The combination of a visionary investor like Vihajico and a unique professional design idea has created modern luxury Rừng Cọ condominiums. This Ecopark condo project, designed by Kume Sekkei - a leading designer in Japan, has caught the special attention and appreciation of customers. Founded in 1932 in Tokyo, Kume Sekkei has to date designed over 6,000 projects in Japan and 40 other countries. Staffed by nearly 600 architects, Kume Sekkei marked its Vietnam presence with the design of Can Tho University, the Japanese Embassy in Hanoi and Nikko Saigon.
Modern Rừng Cọ condos are developed on a total area of more than 4 ha, including 0.9 ha for residence. Rừng Cọ is composed of five 19 - 25-storey towers with about 1,500 apartments whose areas are typically 70.9 square metres, 83.3 square metres and 91.8 square metres for 2 - 3 bedrooms. Each apartment has two balconies: one for relaxation and one for so-called “function. On the top of each tower are penthouses and sky-villas with an area ranging from 141 square metres to 151 square metres - an ideal place for customers wishing to lead a quiet and unique life.
Situated in proximity to Vườn Tùng (Pine Garden), Vườn Mai (Apricot Garden) and Bắc Hưng Hải (Northern Hung Hai River”, Rừng Cọ has a perfect space. Besides, the underway shop house area is also a favourable element for future Rừng Cọ residents when there is a bustling commercial street with world-acclaimed brands.
Even in the first phase, the investor, Vihajico, will build all necessary public utilities such as schools, medical centres, clubs, swimming pools, tennis courts, supermarkets, parks, children's playgrounds and cable TV while completing villas and condominiums to ensure a world-class ecological environment for residents.
Currently, everything is in progress and the first apartments are expected to transfer to customers in 2012.
