VNRE - Cotec Construction Joint Stock Corporation (CTD) has commenced the construction works on Pullman Saigon Centre project with investment capital of about $60 million.
CTD has officially commenced the construction works on Pullman Saigon Center with three basements and 24 storeys in an area of 1,500 square metres.
Que Huong Liberty Joint Stock Company will carry out the Saigon Center project as a major investor. The project was divided into various bidding packages, of which CTD was assigned as a major contractor.
Earlier, CTD has inked an agreement to implementing the Everich II project of Phat Dat Real Estate Joint Stock Company (PDR). The project comprises of 3,250 apartments with the total flooring area of 630,000 square metres.
The two construction groups have signed the contract to become the major contractor for the first phase of the construction project, including Block B and C with one basement and 38 storeys.
