VNRE - Song Da Joint-Stock Company 207 and Hanoi Trade and Investment Joint-Stock Company agreed to “join hands” to invest in an urban complex, named Viet Hung Diamond Flower.
According to the investors, the project, which will be implemented in Long Bien District, Hanoi, near Viet Hung Urban Area, will comprise several 18-floor towers of offices and apartments and infrastructural subprojects like kindergartens, schools, trade and communication centres as well as other sports and entertainment facilities.As it is located near Viet Hung Urban Area, the road network and other infrastructure will simultaneously be connected to the town, the investors pledged.
The investors also affirmed that the project will be wrapped up in 3 years’ time.
