VNRE - City Garden Apartments Vietnam Limited, in cooperation with a distribution company, on Sunday launched the last offering of the City Garden condo project in Binh Thanh District.
Grade two and three residential apartments on offer this time are in the Avenue tower, each of which covers 102 to 142 square meters and has three bedrooms.
These apartments are sold at an average price of VND45 million per square meter. There had been 105 apartments sold previously, according to the investor.
Ngo Huu Truong, managing director of distributor Hopefluent-Compareal, said the company would support homebuyers by giving them a home decoration package worth VND200 million.
The 2.3-hectare condo project of City Garden has six towers with 927 apartments and many conveniences including a park, swimming pool, restaurant, gym and supermarket.
The Avenue tower has 16 out of 21 storeys constructed and is scheduled for completion in January 2012.
