REIC - Riviera Point, a condominium jointly developed by Keppel Land and established Vietnamese partner Tan Truong in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), is set to redefine the city’s skyline with the topping up of three residential towers under Phase 1A in December 2013.
Set amid a tranquil haven along the Ca Cam River, Riviera Point will feature 2,099 units spread across 12 residential towers.The project is progressing on track with the expected completion of Phase 1A in 2015.
Riviera Point is a 15-minute drive to District 1 and is wellconnected to other districts via Phu My Bridge. Residents can look forward to family-friendly facilities including a sky garden, leisure pool, children’s playground, barbeque pits, fitness corner as well as a gymnasium and tennis court. Residents can also enjoy the amenities at the Phu My Hung Township, which is just five minutes away.
Riviera Point was conferred the Green Mark Gold Award by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore in 2012. As a responsible and sustainable green developer, Keppel Land has incorporated eco-friendly technologies into the development, including low-emissivity glass for solar heat reduction and photovoltaic panels as a renewable energy source.
A new flexible payment scheme was rolled out for Riviera Point in March 2014, where homebuyers can own a home with a 50% downpayment and the remaining amount to be paid over two years with no interest.
