The South An Khanh New Urban Area, invested in by the Song Da Urban and Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO), is located in Hoai Duc district of Ha Tay province (belonging to An Khanh and An Thuong communes). Covering about 200ha of land, the South An Khanh New Urban Area will consist of nearly 1,600 villas and tenement buildings with more than 2,000 high-grade apartments.
