The Team

Benwood Studio Shanghai
was instrumental in the project’s early conceptual development, putting together the original masterplan drawings. Ben Wood was the Chief Architect of New Soldier Field in Chicago, home of the Chicago Bears and named by the New York Times as one of the ten best buildings of 2003. His first commission in Asia was Xintiandi, a cultural entertainment district in Shanghai for which he received the 2003 Award of Excellence from the Urban Land Institute.

Gravity Partnership
Founded in 2003, Gravity’s vision is to deliver innovation through non-conventional architectural designs and work processes. The firm employs more than 40 architects whose objectives are to create high quality and imaginative designs including Indochina Land’s own Indochina Riverside Towers project in Danang. Gravity, in association with Benwood Studio, was responsible for the project’s original conceptual design.

PTW Architects architectural achievement has been recognized repeatedly throughout its 100 year history. With offices in Sydney, Beijing, Shanghai, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the Middle East, the company delivers excellence in environmentally sustainable architecture and master planning over a diversity of building types, including commercial, residential, sports projects, cultural and health buildings. PTW is the project’s lead architect.

Connell Wagner
One of Asia Pacific’s largest and most experienced multi-disciplined consulting practices providing planning, surveying, engineering, business advisory and project management services. The company has offices in 24 locations around Australia, 12 offices in New Zealand, offices in Asian cities of Bangkok, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. Connell Wagner is engaged in the project’s M&E design.

Tung Feng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd
is the main contractor for the Project’s main foundation. For 30 years, Tung Feng has specialised in big-bore piling work and diaphragm wall construction. The company has accomplished many challenging projects in Taiwan and around Asia.

Page Kirkland Group
Page Kirkland has been appointed professional quantity surveying and cost consultancy services for the project. A multi-disciplined property consultancy - founded in Sydney in 1980 to provide quantity surveying services for the construction industry in Australia - with over 400 permanent staff based in 37 offices across 18 countries. Page Kirkland started operations in Vietnam in 1991 and now has 35 highly experienced personnel based in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Savills Vietnam
is assisting with sales and marketing of the Project. Savills was established in 1855 and now has over 200 offices and associates throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. In 2007, Savills merged with Chesterton Petty Vietnam, the leading real estate consultant in Vietnam since 1995, to form Savills Vietnam. They are now one of the largest and most established real estate consulting companies in Vietnam with more than 11 years of experience and a staff of over 240 including 25 expatriate professionals.

Diana Simpson Design
The interior design of the project’s condominiums is being realized by Diana Simpson Design, a Sydney-based interior design firm specializing in international luxury hotels and resorts. With over 28 years experience in high-end hospitality design, partners Diana and Gerry and their team take a unique, “hands-on” approach to each project, finding inspiration in traditional and indigenous materials and reinterpreting them in new and unexpected ways to achieve timeless and rooted yet contemporary interiors.
