Show village - The first and the only in Vietnam
EcoLakes at My Phuoc has achived many first since it was launched as Vietnam' first eco sanctuary in 2007. Soon EcoLakes will make history once again as it plans to unveil its Show Village, the first and only one in Vietnam.
Recently completed, the Show Village will have its Grand Launch in September 2009. In the mean time, the Show Village welcomes visitors for special guilded previews.
The EcoLakes Show Village offers an in-depth look at what the township ha to offer in terms of products as well as facilities and quality of life. Visitors will be able to experience first-hand the award-winning eco sanctuary concept pioneered by SP Setia, the join-venture partner of Becamex IDC Corp in SetiaBecamex JSC, the developers of EcoLakes.
The Show Village occupies 3.5ha of land within the township and os located adjacent to the Sandy Beach Town Park and Sales Gallery.
All the products currently on offer at EcoLakes are represented at the Show Village. These include the bungalows, Aguila and Columba: the semi-Ds, Allba and Alika, from the Valleys of dream precint: the rowhouse, Allamanda, Bromelia and Cassia from the Garden of Splendor precint'' and units from the Summer Garden apartments.
