PoloBeach International Co Ltd has recently submitted a proposal to Vietnamese functional authorities for the construction project of Cali Maritime tourism and urban area with the total investment capital of $4.5 billion.
According to the plan, the investor would carry out the construction project for a maritime complex of tourism and urban area with various works of recreation areas, resorts, restaurants, and hotel in Hoa Thang commune, Bac Binh dist, Binh Thuan province. The project would be carried out on a site of 943 hectares.
It's said that PoloBeach Co Ltd has prepared for the project for more than two years. Besides, Binh Thuan province people's committee has already in principle approved for the investor to conduct the project. However, the investor is required to pay attention to the climate conditions and natural features, especially the water supplying source for the project. The investor has to research and consider about the architectural features of the project to match with the surrounding works in order to avoid bad effects to other projects in the area.
