Lan Phuong Company, in partnership with MHB Real Estate Corporation, late last week started developing a condo project in the outlying district of Thu Duc in HCMC, offering more options for local residents and homebuyers living in the districts in the city.
The developer says Lan Phuong MHB Tower in Truong Tho Ward in Thu Duc District will be developed on some 4,000 square meters, with 214 apartments measuring 62 to 141 square meters each.
On the 19th floor of the condo project will be four deluxe penthouses and on the rooftop will be an entertainment section serving its future residents.
The condo project is scheduled to be up and running by late 2011, and it will be given to ACB Real Estate Services Co. for marketing and distribution.
