-Land area: 1,500 m2-Land owner: Viet R.E.M.A.X. JSC-Building height: 22 floors (not including underground floors, mezzanine floors, technical floor, and the attic)-Purposes: office space and shopping area-Capital investment : 25,000,000 USD (twenty five million US dollars)
