The Courtyard Hotel Project scheduled to deploy at the end of June this year. The project will be constructed within 18 months, expected to be in business at the end of 2011. Saigon-Ham Tan Tourism Joint Stock Co (SHTC), a member of Saigon Invest Group (SGI), is strategic investor.
Targeting to the high-end market, SHTC is bringing world-renowned brand name Courtyard Hotel to Vietnam for the first time. The project is architected by Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo (WATG), the world's leading design consultant for the hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries and managed by Marriott International, Inc.
Saigon-Ham Tan Tourism Complex Project, total area of 200 hectares in Tan Binh Commune, La Gi Town, Binh Thuan Province, situated on the new ungraded area from 1A Highway to Lai Gi, 130 km away from HCMC and 70 km away from Phan Thiet city. The project with over $150 million USD in capital investment, including 200-room Courtyard will be unique, consisting of a mix of standard guest rooms in a series of low-rise buildings as well as semi-detached bungalows located across the expansive development. All guest rooms will offer modern connectivity, comfortable living spaces with a contemporary design as well as ocean views. Guests staying the semi-detached bungalows will also enjoy generous bathrooms with separate tub and shower.
Saigon- Ham Tan Tourist Complex to be constructed into a complex center with commercial facilities, tourism services, entertainment, recreation facility and luxury villa resort, aiming to become a major tourist center of the region. The project is expected to create thousand jobs for local employees, contributed to the rapid economic development process of Binh Thuan and the South Central.
