Competition Organizing Committee, said Ana Mandara has passed 18 test record of six countries in the region (including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore) to become the first building in Vietnam achieves this award.Ana Mandara Villas Resort & Spa Dalat is located on a hill wide 14ha on Le Lai (Da Lat City), including 19 villa-style characteristic of French architecture, built in the early 1920s - 1930s of 20th century. In 2006, the Tan An Tourism Development Corporation has invested in renovation of five-star resort with 70 luxurious rooms with restaurant, luxury spa.
Ana Mandara is an airy space, close to nature and helps save power. The resort also takes advantage of the hilly space to design irrigation systems automatically, saving electricity, and many systems save energy.
