Vnre.blogspot.com - Nearly eight years after the fire at the International Trade Centre - Saigon ITC - in the afternoon November 29-2002, this week the project construction units of 52-storey commercial building "SJC Tower" has broken rear of the blocks, which long is the old style flat side facing out Le Thanh Ton Street (Ben Thanh-District 1, HCMC), preparing ground for new construction.
Project "SJC Tower" of the Saigon Diamond Joint Stock Company was City People's Committee granted the investment license dated 12-11-2007. Located on the "golden land" nearly 4,000 square meters wide borders by four streets of Le Loi, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Le Thanh Ton and Nguyen Trung Truc, the 52-storey building (not including the 6 basement) will need an investment of 137 million U.S. dollars.
