Vnre.blogspot.com - City Garden Apartments Vietnam Limited has opened its luxury condo project’s display house for homebuyers.
The launching event last week attracted about 200 prospective buyers, some who paid deposits on apartments in the elliptical design condo project on Ngo Tat To Street in HCMC’s Binh Thanh District.
W. Towne Baker, general director of City Garden, said the company had invested US$150 million on the two hectare project that will have six blocks from 21 to 30 floors, with 927 apartments from one to three bedrooms and penthouses.
Baker said the project’s first building has completed foundations and is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2012. All 117 apartments have been sold with prices from US$140,000 for a single bedroom apartment of 70 square meters.
He said two more buildings underway with 330 luxury apartments will be completed by the fourth quarter of 2012. The next sales program is set for this month.
Baker said homebuyer’s needs become more sophisticated because the abundant supply in the property market offers more options.
The City Garden project is jointly developed by two local companies FICO and REFICO and a foreign fund management firm CUBE.
