VNRE - Today 02-09, Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam (Metro) opened a new wholesale center in An Giang, and that is the 10th center of Metro in Vietnam.

Metro Long Xuyen is located at 414 Tran Hung Dao Street, Long Xuyen City, An Giang province and the 2nd center of Metro in the Mekong Delta, after the 1st center in Can Tho city.

Metro Cash & Carry Long Xuyen was built on an area of 3.2 hectares with a sales area of over 5,600 sqm and provides over 25,000 food items and non-food products. Total investment is about U.S. $18 million.

Metro Cash & Carry invested the first wholesale center in Vietnam in 2002. Currently, Metro operated 10 centers in HCMC, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Bien Hoa, Long Xuyen, and two distribution hubs in Binh Duong and Lam Dong. In addition, there are two wholesale centers being built in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh and Binh Duong Province.
