Earlier this summer, Realogy Corp. (USA) transferred the exclusive master franchise rights of the COLDWELL BANKER® brand in Vietnam to MVIC. As the Master Franchisor, MVIC has sole right to development, management and transfer of the COLDWELL BANKER® brand in Vietnam. This signifies a key step in the global expansion of the world’s leading real estate brand.
COLDWELL BANKER® provides CBVN with the inherited experience and resources of a world-leading real estate brand with a 104-year track record of success, 3,600 offices and 97,000 professionals in 50 countries worldwide. Founded on a commitment to professionalism and unwavering dedication to its clients and partners, CBVN devotes itself to providing innovative services and cutting-edge technologies to the Vietnamese real estate market which both meet and exceed international standards.
The CBVN Mega Office will be the first of its kind in Vietnam – serving as the nerve center for CBVN’s extensive development of national and international activities as well as providing the certified brand, tools, training and support necessary for success in the market.
