VNRE - On 12/11/2010, Guocoland Group Corporation has introduced the Canary Heights project with total investment of $200 million to Hanoi clients.
The Canary Heights is a project dedicated to the successful community living and working in Binh Duong. This is the largest complex in Binh Duong Province with a total area of more than 28 hectares, in which the construction area of 17.5 hectares, including items such as four-star hotel, shopping mall, international primary school, 1,200 apartments and completely facilities.
Currently, the project has completed Phase I with 237 apartments and handed over to customers. Guocoland is implementing the second phase includes 190 luxury apartments with unique design, green space, modern and friendly environment.
