VNRE - Vietnam Electricity Corporation (EVN) has assigned to Hochiminh City Power Corporation as investor of the 8-8Bis Ham Tu Complex project. Saigon Green Energy Tower is the component project of the complex at 8-8Bis Ham Tu, Ward 1, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project land area is 7,632 m2 in the overall 8 - 8Bis Ham Tu complex (31,164 m2). Located on the main road is East-West Highway, limited by Nguyen Van Cu and Nguyen Bieu street. The tower will have scale 53-storey, maximum building density of 55%, coefficient of land use is 14, the total investment of project approximately $100 million.
The organization committee will select and invite 07 consultant units of foreign and in the country on the basis of ability and experience.
