VNRE – Local property developer Thuduc Housing Development JSC, known as Thuduc House, will launch its second affordable apartment project in HCMC’s District 9 this weekend.
The company finished the construction of its first condo project in the nearby district of Thu Duc in HCMC in June.
The developer said the TDH-Phuoc Binh condo project would test market demand with apartments to be offered at a minimum of VND17.5 million per square meter in the first sales program.
The project, which is located along Hanoi Highway, some 10 kilometers from the city center, will comprise two 13-story blocks with some 80 units of 55 to 120 square meters and six penthouses measuring 115 to 149 square meters each.
The company targets middle-income people, office workers, young families and expatriates working in the Saigon High-Tech Park in the district.
Like the previous project, the developer will use the condo buildings’ ground floors for commercial purposes, open a TDH-Mart store to serve condo residents and people in the neighborhood.
TDH-Mart is a new business sector the company has stepped into besides its traditional property development and other investment portfolios including financial investment, building materials and furnishing products, and especially property trading and investment.
The fifth floor of the condo project is complete and the entire project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of next year.
The housing project, TDH-Truong Tho, has some 260 units with prices starting from VND15.5 million per square meter.
Thuduc House has implemented about 40 projects around the country to develop urban towns, row houses, condo buildings for low and high-income people, commercial centers, wholesale markets, hotels, resorts, and office buildings.
