VNRE - On Nov 25th, 2010 afternoon, the “Tourism Real Estate Investment in Vietnam – A Promising Tourist Paradise” Forum held formally by Saigontourist and HDReal at Park Hyatt, Tokyo, Japan. With the co-sponsorships of the People’s Committee of HCMC, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and cooperation of Japan External Trade Organization of HCMC (JETRO HCMC).
The Forum welcomed hundreds of guests including Mr. Yutaka Banno, Japan Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Mr. Tsuyoshi Yamaguchi, Vietnam –Japan Alliance Chairman Senator as well as many other leaders from significant economic groups of Japan such as Mizuho Bank, Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) etc.
At the Forum, Saigontourist and HDReal shared insightful information about Tourism and Tourism Real Estate market in Vietnam as well as introduced a number of outstanding projects of HDReal to the audience. This is also an opportunity for the Vietnam’s representatives to learn investment experiences from potential partners in Japan. In order to show the friendly cooperation, HDReal officially announced to buy 66% shares of Garden View Court service apartment (101 Nguyen Du St., Dist. 1), worth 14 millions USD, from a Japan partner.
The event successfully closed on that evening and promised to bring many investment opportunities from Japan in the near future.
