VNRE - Song Da Thang Long Joint-Stock Company is to break ground for a large property project in the sea urban area of An Vien, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa, according to the company.
The company recently unveiled that it would invest VND 1,400 billion to build a high-class complex of apartments, hotel and resort named Dragon Pia in Nha Trang City.
Under the design, the project will include a 21-floor tower to provide hotel rooms and apartments; 2 seven-floor buildings for trade centres, supermarkets, restaurants, indoor entertainment and sports houses, and a tourist resort that includes outdoor sports site, green parks and refreshment sites.
The company said that all preparations have been finished and tomorrow, December 14th, it will officially break ground for the project.
The project is expected to be wrapped up in 30 months.
