VNRE - Yesterday morning 03/23, at Legend Hotel, Vinatexland and Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation signed investment agreement of two condominium projects in HCMC.
The two companies will collaborate to develop TDH - Phuc Thinh Duc condominium project and Aquila Plaza trade center & apartment project with a total investment nearly 2,000 billion and are expected to start the construction in the quarter 2 or 3 this year.
TDH - Phuc Thinh Duc project will be developed on an area of 15,450 square meters, Nam Hoa street, District 9. The prject consists of a commercial podium and three apartment 18-storey blocks. Once completed, the project will provide 721 apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms onto the market. In there, from level 1st to level 17th will be the apartment area from 50 to 80 sqm and 30 penthouses are arranged on the upper floors of the building. The project also has amusement park for children, park, community clubs... The project is expected to be completed and handed over to customers in the quarter 4-2013.
Aquila Plaza project will be built in Thu Duc district center with two front Dang Van Bi and Dan Chu street. The project has a construction area is 12,670 square meters, include a four-storey commercial podium and three apartment 22-storey blocks. When completed in 2013, Aquila Plaza will provide 600 apartments from one to three bedrooms. In there, from level 1st to level 21st apartment will be the apartment area from 55 to 80 square meters. The project also has 27 penthouses.
Design consultants are TAD Consulting and Design TAD (Vietnam) and Azusa Sekkei Co. (Japan).
These are two apartment projects that the two companies are targeting customers in the relatively and stable income segment. The selling price is estimated at $1,000 per square meter.
