VNRE - VinaProjects has secured another third party client, Tran Thai Investment Corporation, for the 22 storey Louis Tower project on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, District 7, HCMC.
The Louis Tower project is a part of 13.6 hectares Phuoc Kien residential project and includes 321 well equipped and modern apartments. The project has strategic location next to Phu My Hung Township and convinient access to district 1, 4, 8, Binh Chanh as well as the Mekong Delta provinces.
VinParojects will provide full Project and Construction Management services including front end Technical Design Services and Tender Management for the project. The project duration is 28 months starting from August 2011.
