VNRE - Those are three same-height towers with peaceful space; we can easily realize the simple design of the tower from the view at plot C/D13 of Cau Giay urban zone, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi. However, this simple design is the result from a careful study on urban planning. These buildings benefit the green space from Yen Hoa Park. Because of it, the charm of these buildings is more emphasized. The common tendency of complex areas today in Vietnam is to build the part of service commercial connecting to towers. But if this measure is applied in the project, it will destroy the view of population area towards Yen Hoa Park. Moreover, it can create the “thick” feature for the whole complex area. Separated layout of these towers without connecting base makes up transitional feature continuously of three space layers: neighboring population area with Five Star and Yen Hoa Park.

Because Cau Giay new urban area is planned according to rules of urban planning, it will not break urban structure when adding new buildings. Constructing three towers with the same height 108m has opened a solid space and architectural structure. Urban space is preserved; it also intensifies the importance of the whole system, which is considered as a new potential address. It can be easily seen that the location of the urban is beyond the limit of monopoly. The second floor and the fourth floor were built as an experiment which brings aesthetic effect immediately when looking at them from afar. It will not have a simple orthogonal structure because the tendency of focusing on the frontage will also make three towers – using the maximum height – as a new standard in the landscape of the street that can be carried out.

Outer space and expanding area

The frontage of western tower is a high-rise with some “hard” infrastructures such as water surface and a small yard. It creates the complete separation among parking, neighboring zone and the entrance hall of the tower. At the southern direction of the eastern tower, a “soft” area with grass hills, playground, and fruit trees is designed to balance with western tower. Unlike the original designing stage, grass cover connects to greenery space of Yen Hoa Park makes the landscape not be suddenly changed.
