REIC - Four main roads project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area was started construction in Feb this year. The overall project has total investment of up to VND 12,182.175 billions.
The total length of four roads is 11.9 km, including Arc Avenue (R1), Lakeside Avenue (R2), Riverside Avenue (R3) and Delta Avenue (R4), the width of the roads is from 11,6m-55m; 10 bridges, including two viaducts.
This project is being constructed according to Build-transfer (BT), Dai Quang Minh Real Estate JSC is the investor.
Under the plan, four roads will complete in Feb 2017.
