Singaporean-based The Ascott is celebrating 25 years as an international residence provider by offering promotions in 25 cities around the world, including in Vietnam.
The group said it would give one lucky customer one free three-night stay each year for 25 years and organize monthly lucky draws to offer nine winners free stays at any Ascott property worldwide.
The accommodation provider is offering 25% off its lowest available rates to guests who make a seven night stay in any of the group’s properties in 25 cities worldwide.
Ascott International Vietnam manages six properties in Vietnam with 1,050 serviced residence units. They include Somerset Grand, Somerset West Lake, Somerset Hoa Binh in the capital city of Hanoi and Somerset Chancellor Court in HCMC. Somerset Saigon will be up and running by 2012.
Ascott is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited. It joined the Asia Pacific serviced residence market in 1984.
Operating with three brands, Ascott, Somerset and Citadines, the company manages over 18,000 buildings in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Gulf region, and has another 6,000 under construction.
