Opening the EverRich II Showroom

VNRE - On 9/18/2010, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation held a solemn opening ceremony EverRich II Showroom at Phu Thuan Ward, District 7.

This is the largest model house system in Vietnam at present with more than 4.000m2 building floor area, including five luxury apartments and offices, facilities and modern service. With the reputation and brand of the owner (Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation - Ticker: PDR), the first phase of sales for the first 300 apartments were ordered within four weeks.

After more than six months construction, the EverRich II Showroom was officially launched and welcome visitors. Attending the opening ceremony of the EverRich II Showroom included local administration and the 500 invited guests such as partners, customers, investors and media agencies interested in the project.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Dat - General Director, representatives of the Phat Dat Corporation expressed to introduce the EverRich II project and model house system. Besides, Mr. Dang Ngoc Tung - President of Labor Federation of Vietnam, Mr.Nguyen Thanh Trieu - Chairman of District 7 and Mr.Le Hoang Chau - Chairman of HCMC Real Estate Association, also spoke congratulation. On this occasion, the Phat Dat Corporation given 100 houses of gratitude for the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, donated 500 million to the District 7's poor people fund and 300 million shelters fund of the Labor Federation of Hochiminh City.
