VNRE - On March-9, Savico joint stock company introduced Savico Mega Mall project at 7-9 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Gia Thuy Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
This complex consists of two blocks with construction site area of about 16.000m2. Block A consists of a basement, three storeys. In which the basement was designed as a hypermarket with an area over 14,000 m2.
The first floor will be used for luxury fashion shops, cosmetics, jewelry... The second floor will be used for electrical machinery center, furniture, sport equipments, household goods with more than 13,000 m2. Nearly 11,000 m2 of the third floor 3 will be used for 8 cinemas and health care, beauty club...
Block B is the operation center and office for lease with area of 8500 m2. The remaining area over 30,000 m2 of the land will be used for garden, landscape, outdoor event space.
It is known that the project was designed by Architecture Site (France). Total Investment Capital is US $25 million. Block A of the project was completed in 12/2010 and the entire project scheduled for completion in quarter IV/2011.
