VNRE - On the morning of 04/07/2011, Coteccons formally organized the groundbreaking ceremony for Lim Tower Office Building, at 9-11 Ton Duc Thang, District 1, HCMC.
Attending the ceremony were representatives of companies: Mai Thanh Services Co., Ltd. (Investor) , Techcombank (capital contribution of 50%), design consultant (Casa Vietnam), Project Management (Apave Vietnam), supervision consultant (Coteba Vietnam), the contractor Coteccons and guests from suppliers, subcontractors, construction team involved in the project.
Located at the city center, Lim Tower was designed by standard of a Grade A office building with a total investment of more than $25 million, gross floor area of 33,300 m2, including two basement and 34 floors.
Coteccons will contruct "basements and body" package of the project with the bid value of VND 130.5 billion, 14.5 months construction time.
