The basement hosts a Big C hypermarket. Not only that, it seems Big C also will create a mini-mall of some 4,000 sqm net. This could be very attractive for tenants since this mini-mall will be situated just behind the check-out (cashiers) of the hypermarket. With 3 sets of escalators leading to the basement this could make it a desired place for tenants (foot-traffic guaranteed).
